We will have 6 zazen periods with Kinhin (meditative walking) in between, and a discussion amongst practitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Please, arrive to Zen Center strictly by 10:10. After zazen starts, and once the door to Zendo is closed, you will not be able to enter.<\/p>\n<p>The lunch break takes place at Zen Center in silence. Anyone can bring their own food. Alternatively, we can arrange a meal that includes rice with vegetables. Please inform us promptly for both your participation and lunch by emailing us at: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@zencenterathens.gr\">info@zencenterathens.gr<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The cost of the meal is 5 \u20ac<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>* Suggested contribution for the Zen Day: 10 \u20ac<\/em><\/p>\n<p>During Zen Day we will have the opportunity to connect with and listen to <strong>Koten Roshi&#8217;s Dharma talk.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that the platform room will be open only during the discussion.
