This is a reality, a seemingly simple fact, but at the same time, it is a truth that constantly eludes us.<br \/>\nVanda Scaravelli has studied yoga in depth over a long time and has come to some highly fundamental conclusions.<br \/>\nWe will work on these conclusions by asking the right, pertinent questions and not looking for easy answers.<\/p>\n<p>Alexandra Sotiropoulou ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogavijaya.com\/\">www.yogavijaya.com<\/a> ) has been practising yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2003. She was trained in the systems of Satyananda Yoga &amp; Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (Intermediate series). She studied with Diane Long, a close student of Vanda Scaravelli from 2008 to 2019.<\/p>\n<p>TERMS OF PARTICIPATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous yoga experience is required.<\/li>\n<li>Participation fee: 30 euros<\/li>\n<li>Possibility for online participation.
