Please note that the Zen Day is a form of intensive practice, and you must have the appropriate experience to participate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Please arrive at the venue\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">strictly by 10:10<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. After zazen begins, and once the door to the room is closed, you cannot enter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The lunch break will take place in the practice area in silence.
