Dear Zen Center Athens Sangha,<\/p>\n

The next Zen Day will take place on Sunday, 27 of July<\/strong>, from 10:00 to 18:00, at Saikenji Athens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program includes six zazen periods with Kinhin (meditative walking), in between, and lunchtime. We would like to remind you that Zen day is a form of intensive practice and you must have experience to participate.<\/p>\n

From 12:00 to 13:00, we will have the opportunity to connect with and listen to Koten Roshi’s Dharma talk, right after which there will be enough time for questions.<\/p>\n

Please note that the platform room will only be open during the Dharma talk and discussion. Since the talk will be recorded, you are kindly asked to keep your cameras and microphones switched off.<\/p>\n

Regarding your participation<\/p>\n

Please arrive at the Zen Center strictly between 9:50 and 10:10. After zazen starts and once the door to the venue is closed, you will not be able to enter.<\/p>\n

The lunch break takes place within the practice venue, in silence. Please bring your lunch as there is currently no possibility to prepare it at the Center.<\/p>\n
