We would like to inform you that the next Zen Day will take place on Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 10: 00-18: 00. We will have 6 zazen periods with Kinhin (meditative walking) in between, and a discussion amongst  practitioners at 13.00 before the lunch break. The Teacher’s invitation to the Zen Center Athens was made due to the occasion of the publication of his book Shikantaza, in Greek, by the publishing house Estia and Zen Center Athens. We would like to invite you all on Friday December 20th, at the Center for a Christmas gathering  that we hope will take you somewhere between  serenity and surprise, awareness and relaxation, compassion and joy.
