We would like to inform you that the next Zen Day will take place on Sunday, October 18 from 10: 00-18: 00. We will have 6 zazen periods with Kinhin (meditative walking) in between, and a discussion amongst  practitioners at 13.00 before the lunch break. SEPTEMBER 2020 CLASSES RESUME @ ZEN CENTER ATHENS

We would like to remind you that  classes and zazen practice at the Center will resume  tomorrow, Tuesday September 1st, 2020. Please check out the  changes of the classes schedule valid from this September and onwards at the Center. Finally, we would like to point out that Zen Center Athens provides safe practice  areas, where all protection and prevention measures are applied against Covid-19, according to the instructions of EODY. SUMMER OPERATION 2020 ZEN CENTER ATHENS

We would like to inform you that from the 16th of June until the 30th of July, the regular zazen periods will take place every Tuesday and Thursday, 20.00-21.30, as well as the two Zen Days on June 21st & July 19th. Up to 15 people will be able to attend these meetings each time, as directed by the government plan and in relation to the  square footage of the Zen Center. THE FUNCTION OF ZEN CENTER ATHENS IS SUSPENDED UNTIL 27.03.2020

We would like to share with you that following government announcements on the  prevention of the coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to suspend the ongoing program of the Zen Center from 13/3 until 27/3/2020. As a result, all courses, seminars and Zen Day on Sunday 15/3 are canceled. Our main concern is security and the common good of us all. Thanks you so much for your understanding.

CANCELATION OF ΚΟΤΕΝ ROSHI’S TALK

We would like to inform you that Koten Roshi and Doiku sensei will not be with us, as planned, at the end of March for his talk and sesshin at Zen Center Athens. Their trip from Japan is canceled due to measures related to the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding and we will soon inform you of the next date on which the Master will visit us.
