ZEN DAY 14.12.2025

Dear Zen Center Athens Sangha,

The next Zen Day will take place on Sunday, December 14, from 10:00 to 18:00, at Saikenji Athens.

The program includes six zazen periods with Kinhin (meditative walking), in between, and lunchtime. We would like to remind you that Zen day is a form of intensive practice, and you must have experience to participate.

During Zen Day, there will be no Dharma Talk by the Teacher.

Regarding your participation

Please arrive at the Zen Center strictly between 9:50 and 10:10. After zazen starts and once the door to the venue is closed, you will not be able to enter.

The lunch break takes place within the practice venue, in silence. Please bring your lunch as there is currently no possibility to prepare it at the Center.
