One of the main components of  spiritual practice is Abhyasa, or else continious systematic practice. This applies to all students whether they are practicing in a weekly class or have established a consistent individual  practice at home. During these times we are going through  it is necessary as never before, to stay connected with the sangha and it is clear that this can be done through online courses when physical presence becomes impossible.

So we invite you to participate in the weekly lessons either with your physical presence or online, aiming this year to put deeper  roots in meditation and awareness in your life.
